摘要
采用橡胶粉等体积取代砂的方法,选择橡胶粉体积含量分别为3%、6%和9%,橡胶粉粒径分别为0.3 mm和0.6 mm以及两种粒径各50%混掺方式,研究了橡胶粉掺量以及粒径对不同龄期水泥砂浆试块物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,在橡胶粉的粒径一定时,水泥砂浆的抗折强度和抗压强度总体上随橡胶粉掺量的增加而降低。在橡胶粉掺量一定时,水泥胶砂试块的抗压强度总体上随粒径的增大而提高,但橡胶粉的颗粒组成随着橡胶粉掺量和龄期的增加对水泥胶砂表现出一定的增强作用。
Replacing sand with rubber powder, this paper researches the influence of rubber powder content and particle size on the physical and mechanical properties of cement mortar test blocks of different ages. The volume contents are 3%, 6% and 9% respectively and the particle diameters are 0.3 mm and 0.6 mm, by 50% mixed. The research shows that the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar' decrease with the increase of rubber powder content in a certain size of rubber powder, whereas the compressive strength on the whole improves with the increase of the particle size in a certain volume content. The strength of cement mortar presents a certain enhancement with increasing rubber powder content and age.
