摘要
有机化学是食品专业的基础课程,在食品专业课程体系中具有十分重要的地位。本文结合我校有机化学教学现状及学生的特点,从绪论课的重要性及实例在教学中的应用两个方面对如何激发学生学习兴趣,提高有机化学的教学水平进行了探讨。
Organic chemistry is a basic course for food specialty. It plays an important role in the food professional curriculum system. According to actual situation of organic chemistry teaching and the characteristics of students, this paper discussed how to stimulate the students, interest and improve the teaching of organic chemistry from two aspects that the significance of prolegomenon lesson and the application of the cases in the teaching.
