摘要
选择64头断奶五指山仔猪,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组添加1%的鸡屎藤提取物。试验周期为30 d。测定其对断奶仔猪生产性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,鸡屎藤提取物能明显改善断奶仔猪的生产性能,与对照组相比较,总蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G)和补体(C_3、C_4)均有显著提高(P<0.05);CD_4、CD_8数量均无显著变化(P>0.05),但CD_4/CD_8值变化显著(P<0.05)。可见鸡屎藤提取物在一定程度上增强猪体免疫功能。
In this study, the effects of Paederia scandens（Lour.）Merr. extracts on the immune functionwere investigated to discuss in weaning wuzhishan piglets. 64 weaned piglets were randomly divided in-to 2 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 8 pigs in each group. The control group was fed basaldiet, test group add 1% Paederia scandens（Lour.） Merr. extracts. The experiment lasted for 30 days pe-riod. The results showed that, the Paederia scandens extracts can obviously improve the production per-formance of weaned piglets, and compared to the control group, total protein, albumin, immunoglobulinprotein（Ig G, Ig A and Ig M） and complement（C3, C4） were significantly increased（P〈0.05）; CD4, CD8 num-ber had no significant change（P〉0.05）, but CD4/CD8 ratio changed significantly（P〈0.05）. It wasdemonstrated that the Paederia scandens ex-tracts enhanced the immune function of weaningpiglets.
