摘要 为有效实现多粒度复杂产品供应链的低碳设计,改进三角模糊数法和Hamming距离贴近度法,转换分析复杂产品供应链各责任主体的低碳需求。利用Euclidean距离法和逼近理想解法分别确定多粒度产品效用和碳足迹因子,推理低碳设计绩效,拣选低碳设计的目标产品粒度层次及生命功能周期。再构建矛盾矩阵描述主体低碳需求和低碳设计措施映射关系,借助工程参数和发明原理消除低碳设计技术冲突,提出低碳设计建议。通过液晶显示器实例证明,该方法有效提升了低碳设计的通用性,降低了不确定性。 To realize supply chain low-carbon design of multi-granularity complex product,the triangular fuzzy number method and Hamming distance closeness method were improved to transform the low-carbon needs of main responsibility for supply chain.Euclidean distance method and TOPSIS method were used to obtain the multi-granularity product utility and the factor of carbon footprint.The granularity level and life cycle of low-carbon design product were selected by carbon design performance.Based on constructing of the main contradiction matrix which described mapping relationship of low-carbon needs and design measures,the technical conflict was eliminated by engineering parameters and invention principles,and the suggestions of low-carbon design was put forward.Through the example of liquid crystal display,the versatility of low-carbon design was increased effectively with proposed method,and the uncertainty was reduced.
