摘要
目的:对比传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术与经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法:选取收治的胆囊疾病择期手术患者92例,将其分为观察组45例和对照组47例。观察组患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,对照组患者行传统腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。记录并比较两组患者手术用时、术中出血量、切口疼痛度、下床活动时间、消化功能恢复时间及术后住院时间,同时评估患者腹部脐部美观程度。结果:两组患者术中出血量、手术用时、消化功能恢复时间、下床活动时间及术后住院时间比较存在显著差异,观察组患者腹部脐窝外观评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病可明显缩短患者术后住院时间、疤痕不明显,具有临床应用及推广价值。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy and transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method 92 cases of patients with gallbladder disease undergoing elective surgery,they were divided into observation group of 45 cases and control group of 47 cases.The observation group was given the transumbilical single port lap-aroscopic cholecystectomy,while the control group was given the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The operation time, bleeding amount,dige stive function recovery time,postoperative hospital stay and the degree of abdominal umbilical bequty of the two groups was recorded and compared.Results Bleeding amount,operation time,digestive function recovery time,bed activity time and postoperative hospital stay of two groups had a significant difference.The abdominal umbilical nest appearance score of the ob-servation group was better than the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The transumbilical single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder diseases can obviously shorten the postopera-tive hospital stay and scar is not obvious,which has clinical application and popularization value.
