后路椎间融合固定治疗青少年L_5/S_1重度滑脱症的临床疗效

摘要 目的分析后路椎间融合固定治疗青少年L5/S1重度滑脱症的临床疗效。方法选取我科自2006年7月至2015年5月收治的青少年L5/S1重度滑脱症10例,全身麻醉,俯卧位,腹部悬空,采用后路椎间融合固定治疗。观察治疗效果。结果本组病例滑脱复位良好。2例Ⅲ度滑脱、1例Ⅳ度滑脱术中L4临时置入椎弓根螺钉辅助复位。结论通过椎间隙撑开及钉棒提拉撬拨技术操作,可实现滑脱椎体良好复位,术后症状缓解满意,远期椎间融合率高。
