针织物克质量及颜色对其防紫外线性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究针织物的防紫外线性能,测试7种不同克质量的单面汗布与珠地网眼针织物的防紫外线性能,分析克质量、组织结构对针织物防紫外线性能的影响,并对克质量为180 g/m2,5种颜色、4种饱和度的纯棉汗布针织物进行测试,分析颜色及饱和度对防紫外线性能的影响。结果表明,针织物克质量与防紫外线能力呈正比关系,颜色越深,饱和度越高,对紫外线反射和吸收越多,织物防紫外线能力也越强。 In order to study the anti-ultraviolet properties of knitted fabrics, the anti-uhraviolet property of sin- gle jersey and single pique knitted fabrics are tested with seven different weights per unit area, the effects of weight per unit area and structures on anti-uhraviolet property are analyzed. In addition, the anti-ultraviolet proper- ty of cotton single jersey of 180 g/m^2 is tested with five colors and four saturations, and the effects of color and saturation on anti-ultraviolet property are analyzed. The resuhs show that the weight per unit area of knitted fabric is proportional to anti-ultraviolet performance, the deeper the color and the higher the saturation, the more reflec- tion and absorption to uhraviolet, so the fabric will have stronger anti-ultraviolet property.
