摘要
松花江特大桥是国内首例四线铁路连续梁与钢管拱组合体系桥,本桥拱脚结构为空间曲面圆弧形构造,高度高、长细比大,不容易施工,拱脚内竖向与纵向预应力端部都在拱背位置,封锚困难,拱脚内钢管拱拱肋预埋段定位精度要求高,直接影响后续钢管拱拼装精度。现对本桥拱脚施工工艺、关键技术进行介绍。
Songhua River Bridge is China' s first four lines railway continuous beam and steel pipe arch combination system bridge. The structure of the arch feet is a circular are for the space curved surface, with high altitude, large long slender ratio and difficult to construct. In the arch foot, the ends of vertical and longitudinal prestressing are on the extrados, which makes difficulty in sealing anchor. The arch rib of steel tube arch in the arch foot, requires the positioning of the embedded section with high precision, which will directly affect the accuracy of the following steel tube arch assembly. This paper mainly introduces the construction process and key technology of the arch foot of the bridge.
