基于就地平衡原则供电开关站接入系统设计

摘要 提出了一种基于就地平衡原则的供电开关站接入系统设计.首先,通过对敦格铁路阿克塞段电网进行电力平衡分析,判断是否满足开关站的用电需求;然后对开关站接入系统的落点进行分析,根据落点分析,提出接入系统的方案;最后对每种方案接入落点所对应的小范围电网系统进行电气计算对比分析和经济技术比较,最终实现就地平衡原则基础上的开关站的设计.此设计不仅符合传统的就近、节省投资等原则,更重要的是专门针对西部电网电源送出困难的问题,在一定程度上缓解了西部电网的电源送出压力. An approach to designing a connecting system is put forward for a power switching station based on local balance principle. Firstly, the electric balance of whether the demand of electricity can be met. Secondly, Aksai-dungog Railway power grid is analyzed to determine through the analysis of location connecting to the system of the power switching station, two schemes are presented. Then, the power flow and short-circuit current of small lo- cal power grid corresponding to each scheme are calculated, and the economical and technical comparison are also performed. Finally, a reasonable scheme is completely determined on the basis of local balance principle. This scheme can not only conform with the traditional principles such as on the spot balancing, saving investment, but more importandy, it considers particularly the difficulty of power transmitting outside for the west power grid of China, and can ease the pressure of power transmitting outside to some extent.
