摘要 校内外实习实训基地是高职教育的重要组成部分,是实现高技能人才培养目标的重要环节。校内外实习实训基地建设中存在实践教学体系改革需进步深化、实践教学规范性差、投入经费影响教学效果以及校外顶岗实习管理制度建设欠缺等问题。针对校内外实习实训基地建设中的诸多问题,从更新教育理念上深化实践教学改革,规范教学以强化双师队伍建设,强化校内实训实验、校内外实习实训基地有机结合,制度化管理学生校外定岗实习实训。 Practical base is an important part of higher vocational education, and an important link of achieving the goal of training highly skilled personnel. There are many problems about practice base construction, such as need to progress deepening practical teaching system reform, practice teaching standard deviation, funding affect the effectiveness of teaching, and lack of management system construction of post practice. In order to improve the effect of practice base construction, it is some advice that is deepening the practice teaching reform from the renewal education idea, standardizing teaching in order to strengthen the staff construction of double-certificated teacher double-certificated teacher, strengthening the construction of practice base, institutionalizing student post practice of students.
