摘要
高强度结构钢材的弹塑性和延性断裂特性是工程应用的基础。通过材性试验、夏氏冲击试验、单调加载试验和相应的数值研究,考察日本高强钢SM570的屈服强度、屈强比、延伸率、延性断裂系数和夏氏冲击能量等相关特性。通过与日本普通强度结构钢SS400、SM490A的对比,发现:日本SM570高强钢虽然屈强比高、伸长率低,但其颈缩后的局部塑性变形能力大、延性断裂参数大和抗冲击韧性高。为更加准确表达在包含延性断裂过程的大变形数值计算中钢材颈缩后的真实应力-真实应变关系,研究提出了一种新的从名义应力-应变数据转化成真实应力-应变关系的换算方法。
High strength steel has been increasingly employed in structural engineering,and elasto-plastic and ductile fracture related mechanical properties are the base of its application. This paper aimed to study the yield strength,yield ratio,elongation,ductile fracture coefficient and V-notched Charpy impact energy of Japanese high strength steel SM570,through coupon tests,monotonic tests and corresponding numerical simulations. By comparison with common structural steel,it was found that the high strength has relatively high yield ratio,small elongation,large ductile fracture coefficient and high impact toughness. A new method to obtain the post-necking true stress-true strain was proposed to facilitate ductile fracture simulation of high strength steel structures.
