摘要
[目的]观察加味增液汤治疗白血病化疗后便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组19例麻仁软胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d,口服,必要时酌情加量。治疗组21例加味增液汤(玄参、麦冬、生地各15g,生黄芪30g,当归、厚朴、枳壳、火麻仁各15g,陈皮、半夏各10g,随证用药;气短乏力加党参、白术等;出血加藕节、仙鹤草、茅根等;咳嗽胸痛加杏仁、浙贝母、桔梗等);水煎150m L,1剂/d,早晚温服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腹胀程度、粪便性状、排便时间、排便费力情况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访3个月,40例。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率85.71%;对照组显效5例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率52.63%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。主症积分两组均有明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]加味增液汤治疗白血病化疗后便秘,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of the Jiawei Zengye decoction for treating the constipation after leukemia chemotherapy. [Methods] 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control. The control group of 19 cases of Maren soft capsule, 2 capsules each time, 3 times/d, oral dosage, when necessary, as appropriate. Treatment group （n=21） flavored soup liquid figwort root, dwarf lilyturf root 15g, Radix Astragali 30g, angelica, magnolia bark, bitter orange, hemp seed 15g, tangerine peel, pinellia 10g, with medication; fatigue and shortness of breath and dangshen, Baizhu; hemorrhage and nodus Nelumbinis Rhizomatis, agrimony, couchgrass root etc.; cough, chest pain with almond, Bulbus Fritillariae thunbergii, Platycodon grandiflorum, etc.）. 150mL/time, 1 agent/d, sooner or later. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 14 days. Observation of clinical symptoms, abdominal distension, stool characteristics, defecation time, defecation, adverse reactions, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment, determine efficacy. 40 cases were followed up for 3 months. [Results] In the treatment group, 10 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 85.71%. In the control group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 52.63%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The two groups were significantly reduced （P〈0.01）, and the treatment group was lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. The Jiawei Zengye decoction in the treatment of constipation after leukemia chemotherapy, and the results were satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
