摘要
为深入开展国家电网公司一级骨干通信网光缆安全整治工作,有效控制变电站OPGW终端电缆运行中容易出现的缺陷,提高OPGW光纤安全运行率,促进电网安全生产,国网孝感供电公司针对变电站OPGW终端运行中出现的问题,结合变电站一次设备现场运行技术条件,依照变电专业相关技术规程,研究了变电站OPGW终端整改方案,改进变电站OPGW终端安装工艺,消除OPGW终端电缆在运行中的隐患缺陷。经过湖北电网多年的运行实践,验证了该方案不仅可以使OPGW光纤的运行安全、可靠,而且方案的操作方便简捷,值得推广及借鉴。
In order to deepen the optical cable safety renovation of the first level backbone communication network of SGCC, efficiently solve the common defects in OPGW terminal cable operation, increase its safe operation rate, this paper proposes a scheme by considering the technical conditions of the field operation of primary equipment in substation and technical specifications and optimizing the installation process of OPGW terminals to eliminate the hidden operation risk. The proposed scheme has been applied in Hubei electric grid for many years and its practice proved that the scheme can make the operation safety and reliability of OPGW optical fiber and ease the operation of the program, which is worth to be popularized and used for reference.
