摘要
目的观察杜氏金针手法针刺治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将210例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组105例。两组取穴相同,治疗组采用杜氏金针手法针刺,对照组采用常规针刺。两组治疗前后分别进行面神经肌电图(ENo G)检测以评定疗效。结果两组治疗后患侧额肌、口轮匝肌ENo G最大波幅值与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后患侧额肌、口轮匝肌ENo G最大波幅值与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杜氏金针手法针刺是一种治疗顽固性面瘫的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Du＇s manipulative acupuncture with gold needles in treating intractable facial paralysis. Methods Two hundred and ten patients with intractable facial paralysis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 105 cases each. The same acupoints were selected in the two groups. The treatment group received Du＇s manipulative acupuncture with gold needles and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Facial nerve electroneurography（ENo G） was performed in the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in musculus frontalis and orbicularis oris ENo G amplitude values on the affected side in the two groups（P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in musculus frontalis and orbicularis oris ENo G amplitude values on the affected side between the treatment and control groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Du＇s manipulative acupuncture with gold needles is an effective way to treat intractable facial paralysis.
