地铁车库恒温集控系统设计

Design of constant temperature centralized control system for underground garage

摘要 针对地铁车库"燃气辐射供暖系统"供暖方式,基于STM32和CAN总线技术,设计了一种既可单台运行也可多台联合群控运行的智能恒温集控系统。该系统由PC客户端、信息集控器、温控器和温度采集器等四部分组成。对系统方案、硬件设计和软件设计进行了详细介绍,并给出了实验测试结果。系统可实现对地铁供热设备的集中监控、独立设置、自动运行、节点扩展、功耗检测和故障保护预警等功能,具有很好的实时性和稳定性。 With regards to the underground garage " gas- fired radiant heating system heating method ", an intelligent constant temperature centralized control system, which can be single operated or multiple joint controlled, was designed based on the STM32 MCU and CAN bus technology. The system is composed of four parts : the PC client, the information collection controller, the tem-perature controller and the temperature collector. The system scheme, hardware design and software design were introduced in detail,and the experimental results were given. The system has the functions of centralized monitoring, independent setting, automatic oper-ation, node expansion, power consumption detection and fault protection and so on, and it has a good real- time performance and stability.
