摘要
河北奥林匹克体育中心游泳馆钢屋盖为独立的大跨度单层拱壳结构,内部桁架、钢拱构件截面大、跨度长、质量大。另外,屋盖下方混凝土结构造型复杂、覆盖范围广,大型起重机无法在场内施工。所以,在保证下方混凝土结构不被破坏的前提下,选择合理的施工方案是确保工程如期、高质完成的关键所在。主要对游泳馆屋盖钢结构的施工方案和施工措施进行介绍和说明。
The natatorium steel roof of Hebei Olympic Sports Center is a large-span and single-layer arch shell steel structures. The inner truss and steel arch structures have big sections,long spans and heavy weights. In addition,the concrete structure under the steel cover is very complicate and wide-range which can not be constructed by large-sized cranes within the site. As a result,under the condition of ensuring the underside concrete structures to be not destroyed,a reasonable construction scheme to be chosen is critical to guarantee the construction schedule and quality. The paper mainly introduces and describes the construction scheme and construction measurements for the natatorium roof shell steel structures.
