摘要
目的:探讨严重创伤患者急诊救治护理中应用院前创伤评分的临床意义。方法:选取本院接到的120急救电话中,遭遇交通事故或其他意外性严重伤害的200例院前急救患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组100例。试验组应用创伤指数评分法进行检查治疗,对照组则进行常规性检查救治,比较救治两组伤员的成功率与死亡率、救治现场的转运情况及急诊救治情况,并运用满意度调查表比较两组的满意度。结果:试验组重度伤与严重伤死亡率分别为2.38%和31.25%,均低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意率与护理资源配置的满意率分别为94.56%和93.33%,均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:院前创伤评分能够快速、准确确定伤情,有利于合理分流,指导护理资源的配置,从而提高护理满意度与护理质量。
Objective： To investigate the clinical significance on the application of pre hospital trauma score in emergency treatment of severe trauma patients.Method： The hospital received 120 emergency telephone, suffered serious injury traffic accidents or other unexpected 200 cases of hospital emergency patients were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 100 cases.The experimental group was treated with trauma index score, while the control group was treated with routine examination, the success rate and mortality rate of two groups, transport situation and emergency treatment Of the treatment site were compared, two groups of satisfaction were compared by using satisfaction questionnaire. Result： The mortality rate of severe injury and serious injury in the experimental group were respectively 2.38% and 31.25%, which were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The nursing satisfaction rate and satisfaction rate of nursing resources allocation in the observation group were respectively 94.56% and 93.33%, which were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The pre hospital trauma score can quickly and accurately determine the injury, it is conducive to rational triage, guides the allocation of nursing resources, so as to improve the quality of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
