摘要
镁质耐火材料是以MgO为主成分或以MgO与CaO为主成分的一种耐火材料,在工业领域应用广泛。影响镁质耐火材料使用性能的主要因素是其化学组成,因此对镁质耐火材料化学组成的准确检测尤为重要。镁质耐火材料化学组成的检测方法包括传统化学分析方法、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法和X射线荧光光谱法等。本文对以上检测方法做了分析与总结,其中XRF粉末压片法具有操作简单,分析快速,不需要高温加热,无环境污染等优点,比较适合工业生产应用。
Magnesia refractories are a kind of refractories that mainly contain Mg O or Mg O and Ca O. Magnesia refractories have been widely used in many industry fields. Chemical composition is one of the most important factors for influencing their using performance,so it ' s very important for the analysis of their chemical composition. Chemical analysis methods of magnesia refractories were summarized,including traditional chemical analysis,ICP- AES and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,etc. Among all these chemical analysis methods,the XRF press powder method was easy to operate,quick to analyze,didn' t need heat at high temperature,and had no pollution to the environment. XRF press powder method is suit to the industry use.
