渣油掺炼加氢柴油降低焦炭产率研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前延迟焦化装置普遍存在的焦炭产率偏高和加热炉管易结焦的问题,研究了渣油掺炼加氢柴油的协同效应,并考察了以渣油掺炼加氢柴油为原料时焦炭塔顶压力、加热炉出口温度、循环比以及加氢柴油掺炼比对焦化产品分布的影响,结果表明,渣油掺炼加氢柴油能提高焦化液体收率降低焦炭产率。焦炭塔顶压力越低焦炭产率越低,加热炉出口温度越高焦炭产率越低,焦化循环比越高焦炭产率越高,在一定范围内,加氢柴油掺炼比越高,降低焦炭协同效应越好。 In view of the problem that the coke yield was high and the heating furnace tube coke easily in the delayed coking unit at the present,the synergies of resid blending hydrogenated diesel was researched,and the impact of coke tower pressure,heating furnace outlet temperature,recycle ratio and blending ratio on the coking product distribution was studied. The results showed that the residual oil blending hydrogenated diesel can increase the yield of coking liquid and reduce the yield of coke, with in a certain range, the lower the coke tower pressure and heating furnace outlet temperature,the lower the coke yield,the higher recycle ratio,the higher the yield of coke. And blending ratio was higher,the synergies was better.
