摘要
以16V 240柴油机为例,使用美国参数技术公司Pro/Engineer大型设计软件的MDX(Mechanism Design extension)CAE模块进行曲柄连杆机构的动力计算,将MDX计算的结果与理论计算的结果进行比较,并且在曲柄连杆机构动力计算的基础上,进行16V240柴油机输出扭矩的计算.计算结果表明基于Pro/Mechanism的柴油机动力计算的方法切实可行.
Based on 16v240 diesel engine as an example, this paper use the parameters of the technology of the company's large design software Pro/Engineer MDX (Mechanism Design extension) CAE module for crank connecting rod mechanism of power calculation, the MDX calculated results compared with the results of theoretical calculation, and on the basis of the crank connecting rod mechanism dynamics calculation, the 16v240 diesel engine output torque is calculated.The calculation results show that based on Pro/Mechanism of diesel engine power calculation method is feasible.
