摘要
目的:观察氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙对老年冠心病患者的疗效,并观察其对血清IL-6、TL-4、TL-10及炎性因子的影响。方法:选择2014年6月~2015年6月于我院住院诊治的老年冠心病患者140例作为研究对象,随机分为应用氨氯地平治疗的对照组和应用氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗的观察组,每组各70例,疗程均为12周,比较两组患者的疗效及血清IL-6、IL-4、IL-10及炎性因子hs-CRP、TNF-α的水平变化。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率为91.4%,显著高于对照组的72.9%(P〈0.01)。观察组治疗后血清TC、TG、LDL-α均较对照组明显降低,而HDL-C较对照组明显升高(P〈0.01)。两组患者治疗后IL-6、IL-4水平均较治疗前明显降低,IL-10水平均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);两组患者治疗后hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙可明显改善老年冠心病患者血脂及血清细胞因子水平,有较好的疗效,值得临床广泛应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin on IL -6, IL -4, IL - 10 and inflam- matory factors. METHODS: 140 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were colic- ted and randomly divided into amlodipine group ( control group, n = 70) and amlodipine combined with atorvastatin group ( obsevation group, n = 70). A treatment course was 12 weeks. The changes of IL- 6, IL- 4, IL- 10 and inflammatory factors levels were compared in the two groups. RESULTS: The effective rate (91.4%) in the observation group was significant higher than that (72. 9% ) in the control group (P 〈0. 01 ). After treatment the levels of TC, TG and LDL - C in the observation group were signifi- cantly lower than those in the control group, and HDL - C level was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the con- trol group (P 〈0. 01 ). The levels of IL -6 and IL -4 were obviously lower after treatment than those before treatment in the two groups, and IL - 10 levels were significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment. There were statistically difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of hs - CRP and INF - α IL -6 were lower after treatment than those before treatment in the two groups. There were statistically difference (P 〈 0. 01 ). CONCLUSION: Amlodipine combined with atorvastatin can improve blood lipid and the levels of inflammatory factors of the elderly patients with CHD.
