摘要
为解决GDH1000包装机组无法对卷烟产品的班次码信息进行质量追溯等问题,通过对小盒盒片在三号轮折叠成型过程进行分析,设计了一套小盒班次打码装置。该装置主要由分班次字码轮、字码反衬辊、外旋转折叠器等部件组成,利用外旋转折叠器的动力源,使打码装置与折叠轮模盒同步运动;重新设计传动齿轮及箱体,以满足打码装置传动齿轮的安装要求。结果表明,该装置实现了小盒班次打码及快速更换字码功能,班次码打印稳定、更换方便,小盒班次更换字码时间由平均7.1 min减少到0.8 min,增加的班次码信息符合企业标准要求,有效提高了卷烟包装质量管控水平。
For tracing cigarette packets produced by GDH1000 packer,a set of shift code printing device for cigarette packets was designed via analyzing the process of packet blank folding on wheel No.3.The device was mainly composed of shift code roller,counter roller,outer rotation folder.By the power source of outer rotation folder,the printing device and the mandrel of folding wheel moved synchronously.The gear system and gear box were redesigned to facilitate the printing device retrofitting.The results showed that the device printed clear shift code and featured quick code changing.The time needed for shift code changing reduced from 7.1 to0.8 min.The additional shift information satisfies the requirements of enterprise standards,and the management and control level of cigarette packing quality is promoted effectively.
