摘要
利用叶绿素荧光技术测定了桃树‘21世纪’,‘96-3-4’,‘华玉’,‘农字6号’,‘瑞红一枝’,‘迎霜’和‘早霞露’等7个品种叶片光强依赖的叶绿素荧光特性。结果表明:在各个光强[PAR,0~1 856μmol·(m2·s)^(-1)]下,表观电子传递速率r(ETR)、实际光化学效率Y(Ⅱ)和光化学淬灭qP在品种间的变化趋势一致,基本上按照‘96-3-4’,‘21世纪’,‘华玉’,‘瑞红一枝’,‘农字6号’,‘迎霜’,‘早霞露’的顺序由小变大。‘96-3-4’的最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、实际光化学效率Y(Ⅱ)、表观电子传递速率r(ETR)值均高于其它6个品种。表明‘96-3-4’有较高的PSⅡ活性和较强的光合生理功能,而‘早霞露’,‘迎霜’等则光化学效率较低。
The chlorophyll fluorescence technique was used to measure the light-dependent Chlorophyll fluo- rescence characteristics of leaves in seven peach cultivars, including '21st century' , '96-3-4' , ' Huayu', 'Nongzi 6', 'Ruihongyizhi', 'Yingshuang' and 'Zaoxialu' The results indicated that the changing trend of relative electron transport rate [ r(ETR) ], the effective quantum yield of PS Ⅱ [ Y(Ⅱ) ] and photochemical quenehing (qe) were identical under the photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) from 0 to 1856 μmol·(m2·s)-1, which increased in the order: '96-3-4', '21't century' , 'Huayu', ' Ruihongyizhi', ' Nongzi 6' , ' Yingshuang' , ' Zaoxialu'. The values of maximal fluorescence ( Fm) , Y( II), r(ETR) of ' 96-3-4' were higher than those of the other eultivars. All those suggested that the photosynthetic physiologieal function of '96-3-4' was the best, and that of 'Yingshuang' and ' Zaoxialu' the worst.
