DWI联合MRI动态增强扫描在鉴别肝脏转移瘤与原发肝癌的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨MRI动态增强扫描联合弥散加权成像(DWI)诊断肝脏转移瘤与原发肝癌的效果。方法观察组为36例肝脏转移瘤患者,对照组为36例原发肝癌患者;两组均分别行DWI与MRI动态增强扫描。结果两组敏感度、特异度等指标差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种方法联合应用有利于改善诊断准确度。 Objective To evaluate the application of combined DWI and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI scan in the diagnosis of liver metastases and primary liver cancer. Methods The observation group ( 36 cases ) with liver metastases and control group ( 36 cases ) with primaW liver cancer were used be dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI scan and DWI. Results There was no significant difference in sensitivity and specificity between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05) . Conelusion The combined application of the two methods is beneficial to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
