摘要
目的以医院创建JCI学术医学中心为抓手,通过一系列促进手卫生的措施,提高医务人员手卫生依从性,并进行效果评价。方法在全院医务人员手卫生管理中实施一系列手卫生依从性促进机制,通过持续质量改进,比较干预前后医务人员手卫生依从性和每床日洗手液使用量、每床日速干手消毒剂使用量,及医院感染率的变化。结果干预后医务人员手卫生依从性从60.16%上升到71.10%,临床科室每床日洗手液使用量从6.81 ml上升到7.97 ml,每床日速干手消毒剂使用量从3.32 ml上升到5.41 ml,干预后手卫生依从性、每床日洗手液使用量、每床日速干手消毒剂使用量升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),医院感染率下降(P<0.001)。结论采取系列手卫生改进措施,可提高医务人员手卫生依从性,减少医院感染。
Objective During the hospital create JCI academic medical center,through series measures to promote hand hygiene,improve the medical staff hand hygiene compliance rate,then evaluate its effect.Methods To implement a series of hand hygiene promotion mechanism in the manage of medical staffs,comparison of the hand hygiene compliance（%） and consumption of hand hygiene supplies of medical staffs before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the hand hygiene compliance（%） of medical staffs rises from 60.16% to 71.10%, the daily consumption of hand washing rises from 6.81 ml/bed day to 7.97 ml/ bed day,and the daily consumption of quick disinfectant rises from 3.32 ml/bed day to 5.41 ml/ bed day. The hand hygiene compliance（%）,the daily consumption of hand washing and hand disinfectant are all significantly increased（P〈0.05）. The rate of hospital infection decreased significantly（P〈0.001）after the intervention. Conclusion The hand hygiene promotion mechanism can raise the hand hygiene compliance of medical staffs,and contribute to prevention and control hospital infection.
