摘要
目的 探讨针灸结合康复技术治疗中风后偏瘫的疗效。方法 选取2014年1月-2015年1月在我院采取针灸联合康复技术治疗的76例中风后偏瘫患者作为联合组,同时选取采用常规对症治疗的56例中风后偏瘫患者作为常规组,并比较两组患者临床治疗效果以及治疗前后神经功能缺陷情况。结果 联合组患者临床治疗总有效率高于常规组（P〈0.05）;治疗后联合组患者神经功能缺陷量表评分优于常规组（P〈0.05）。结论 采用针灸联合康复技术对中风后偏瘫患者进行治疗其临床效果明显,能有效促进患者神经功能改善。
Objective Evaluation of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation techniques after stroke hemiplegia. Methods 76 cases of post-stroke hemiplegia were selected from January 2014 to January 2015 to take in our hospital acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment of 58 patients stroke patients with hemiplegia after a joint group, select both conventional symptomatic treatment as the conventional group, and compare the two clinical treatment of patients as well as before and after treatment neurological deficit situation. Results Joint clinical treatment of patients total effective rate was significantly higher than the conventional group （P〈0.05）, after treatment, the combined group of patients neurological deficit scale scores were significantly better than the conventional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Use of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation of stroke patients in the clinical treatment of stroke after effect is obvious, can effectively promote the improvement of neurological function.
