摘要
目的探讨PBL教学方法在眼科学见习中的应用效果。方法将106名临床医学大学生分为PBL组和LBL组,分别采用两种不同教学方法,比较两组学生的学习成绩。教学活动结束后,对学生进行问卷调查。结果考试总分和理解、应用部分PBL组分数均高于LBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);记忆部分两组分数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同时,在学习过程中,PBL组学生显示出了更高的学习热情,大多数学生能够认真搜集资料并积极参与讨论。结论 PBL教学可以提高学生的学习兴趣,有利于临床思维的形成,是培养实用型和创新型医学人才的有效教学模式。
Objective To investigate the application effects of problem - based learning (PBL) methods in clinical practice teaching of ophthalmology. Methods 106 students were divided into two groups, and they received PBL teaching and LBL teaching respectively. The results of exam were compared. After class every student would finish a questionnaire. Results Compared with students received LBL teaching, the students of group PBL had a higher exam total score (P 〈 0. 05 ), higher scores of understanding and application knowledge ( both P 〈 0. 05 ). But the score of memory knowledge was similar in both groups (P 〉 O. 05 ). Students of group PBL showed higher learning enthusiasm and they can attend to the group learning with interaction. Conclusions PBL methods could help students to increase the learning interests, cultivate team spirit and form their clinical thinking.
