斜拉桥施工过程桥塔无索区梁段受力分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对斜拉桥在施工过程中出现桥塔无索区梁段顶板开裂的现象,对斜拉桥施工过程中桥塔无索区梁段的受力进行分析。以永宁黄河大桥为例,利用MIDAS CIVIL有限元软件建立其空间有限元模型,分别分析了系统温度、施工临时荷载、预应力钢束张拉力、斜拉索张拉力、主梁混凝土容重取值等参数对桥塔无索区梁段受力的影响,并计算其在最不利状态下的最大应力,探讨了主梁上缘应力的控制措施。分析结果表明系统温度升高、斜拉索张拉力偏小将显著增大桥塔无索区梁段上缘的拉应力,采用对斜拉索进行超张拉的措施对控制其应力过大是可行的。分析结果可为同类工程的设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。 The stress state of non-stayed cable segment in cable stayed bridge was analyzed when constructing to solve the cracking in non-stayed cable segment during the construction of cable-stayed bridge. Based on Yongning Yellow River Bridge,the stress state of non-stayed cable segment effected by system temperature,temporary load when constructing,tensioning force of pre-stressed steel,tension of the cables,unit weight of the concrete was analyzed by building finite element model with MIDAS CIVIL,the biggest stress at the most unfavorable loading state was calculated and the measures of controlling the biggest stress at the upper bounder of the girder was discussed at the same time. The result showed that higher system temperature and smaller tension of the cables could lead to higher tensile stress at the upper bounder of the girder of non-stayed cable segment,the high stress could be relieved by over tensioning the cable. The results could be a reference for the designing and constructing of similar projects.
