摘要
简要介绍了基于DYNAFORM的冲压数值模拟的流程及方法,通过对引擎盖内板冲压成形过程进行的模拟分析可知,其成形时遇到的主要缺陷是破裂。最后通过正交试验法确定了一组最优的参数组合,与实际冲压结果进行比较,证实了DYNAFORM进行数值模拟的准确性。
This article briefly introduced the procedures and the methods for the numerical simulation of DYNAFORM based stamping forming. The main defect of the inner-hood is the break through numerical simulation of its forming process. At last, a group of optimal parameters was obtained by orthogonal test. The comparison between the results of nu- merical simulation and actual operation promised the accuracy of the DYNAFORM based numerical simulation.
