摘要
筛分是选煤工艺中的重要作业环节,细粒煤深度筛分一直是煤炭筛分的难点与热点。通过分析动力煤全粒级入选的缺陷,结合筛分设备的发展现状,以弛张筛和交叉筛作为深度筛分设备,对朔中选煤厂的动力煤进行3 mm的脱粉工业试验,探索其干法筛分脱粉的可行性。在分析与测算两种筛分设备的筛分效率基础上,认为二者基本满足细粒煤的深度筛分要求。与目前的动力煤全粒级入选工艺相比,干法筛分脱粉后再洗选的工艺,能更好地提高产品质量和产量,减少煤泥量,这对于提升动力煤选煤厂的生产效率和经济效益具有重要作用。
Screening is a key process link in coal preparation operations, and in-depth screening of fine coal has always been a difficult matter and a hot spot in coal screening operations. Based on the analysis of the drawbacks in cleaning of unclassified power coal and the status quo of the development of screening equipment industrial test on the feasibility of in-depth dry screening of power coal at a size of 3mm is made using the flip-flop screen and cross screen at the plant. As evidenced by the analysis and calcula- tion, both screens can basically meet the demand in this respect in terms of screening efficiency. As com- pared with the previously used process of treating unclassified coal feed, the use of the new process can lead to improved quality and higher yield of clean coal product, as well as reduced production of coal slime. This is of great importance to the improvement of operating efficiency and economic benefit of pow- er coal washery.
