The Construction Technology of Salt Cavern Gas Storage

摘要 当前世界经济飞速发展,能源需求量不断增加,为保障工业发展和民众生活稳定有序,各国已将盐穴储气库建设作为天然气工业发展中的重要内容。结合国内外储气库溶腔技术经验,通过对盐穴建腔复杂工艺分析,提出了储气库地形选择、建腔方案、腔体压力和体积测算、注水循环方式、油气垫及管柱提升方法、腔体形态声呐检测与压力密封性测试等技术,同时对在建腔过程中遇到的问题进行了分析论述,对盐穴储库的研究、建设和运行工作具有一定参考意义。 With the rapid development of the world economy, energy consumption rises fast, in order to meet the current increasing demand for natural gas consumption, various countries carry out the salt cavern gas storage construction as an important content in development of the natural gas industry. Combined the domestic and foreign technical experiences about salt cavern gas storage construction,the complex process of salt cavern gas storage construction was analyzed. These techniques were proposed, such as selection of terrain, cavity pressure and volume calculation, circulation way of injection water, the cavity shape testing by sonar, the pressure tightness testing and so on. The problems during the construction of the chamber were analyzed, which could provide some reference for construction and operation of the gas storage.
