摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜术后配合鼻腔冲洗液在鼻窦炎临床治疗上的应用效果。方法:选取2014年6月到2015年6月期间来我院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎患者76例,按照双盲法分成两组,每组各38例,对照组予以功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,并在常规治疗条件下以500 m L生理盐水冲洗术腔。观察组予以功能性鼻内镜手术治疗,之后在常规治疗基础上以500 m L生理盐水和10 mg地塞米松对术腔进行冲洗。对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间对比均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻窦炎的临床治疗上,鼻内镜术后配合鼻腔冲洗液疗效显著,具有良好的临床实用价值。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy combined with nasal irrigation on the treatment of sinusitis. Methods： Seventy-six cases of nasosinusitis patients admitted into our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 for endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups according to double-blind method,with 38 cases in each group. Control group received functional nasal endoscopic surgery followed by 500 m L saline nasal irrigation under the conventional conditions. Observation group received functional nasal endoscopic surgery followed by conventional treatment with 500 m L saline together with 10 mg dexamethasome to rinse the surgical cavity. Comparative analysis of the clinical effect was performed on the two groups of patients. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher than that of the control group. The comparison was statistically significant between two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： In the clinical treatment of sinusitis,nasal endoscopy combined with nasal irrigation is highly effective and represents a great value of clinical application.
