声脉冲辐射力弹性成像技术测量肾脏不同部位的结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨声脉冲辐射力弹性成像(ARFI)技术在垂直于肾被膜状态下测量肾脏不同部位的差异性。方法对我科2015年3月~2016年1月体检的58例健康志愿者116个肾脏在垂直于肾被膜状态下对其肾脏的上极、中极、下极的皮质、髓质、肾窦分别进行VTQ测量,并进行统计分析。结果垂直于肾被膜状态下的肾脏上极、中极、下极不同深度所测得的皮质、髓质、肾窦的SWV值,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论测量部位的选择对ARFI的测量结果无较大影响。 Objective To discuss the difference of acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) in measurement of different sites of kidney by an approach perpendicular to renal capsule.Methods 116 kidneys of 58 healthy volunteers examined in our hospital from March 2015 to January 2016 were given VTQ measurement of the cortex,medulla and sinus of kidney at upper,middle lower poles by an approach perpendicular to the renal capsule.The results were analyzed. Results By an approach perpendicular to the renal capsule,the variance analysis on SWV values of cortex,medulla and sinus of kidney at upper,middle and lower poles showed no significant difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion The selection of measurement sites has little impact on the result of ARFI.
