摘要
人才培养目标是大学本科教育的工作方针。正确理解一流大学本科人才培养目标内涵,科学确定人才培养目标定位,是我国建设"双一流"大学的必需之举。本科人才培养目标是高校对于"培养什么样的人才"的理性思考与周密设计,具有导向价值、标识价值和激励价值。通过对我国一流大学人才培养目标的统计与分析,可以发现,我国一流大学普遍重视人才的九大特质与六大类型,重点强调人才的国家性与社会性、创新性与视野性以及人才的综合素质。同时,我国一流大学本科人才培养目标存在目标方向不明确、同质化现象较为严重以及人才培养定位过于保守等问题,而这也是我国一流大学本科人才培养目标改革的着力点。
The goal of talent cultivation is the principle of undergraduate education practice. Since China is now constructing the ＂double first class＂ university, it is significance to realize the connotation of undergraduate talents cultivation goal of first-class universities. The goal of talent cultivation is based on rational thinking and careful design of ＂what talent should be＂. It has the guidance value, the mark value and the incentive value. Through the statistics and analysis of goal of Chinese first-class university talents cultivation, it can be found nine traits and six types. Chinese first-class university talents cultivation objectives emphasize on talent of national and society, innovation and vision and talent of the comprehensive quality. At the same time, our first-class universities undergraduate talents cultivation goal target direction is not clear, lack of distinction and confidence.
