摘要
农业机械磨损以磨料磨损为主,特别是犁铧、旋耕刀、圆盘刀、锄铲等农机土壤工作部件,在工作过程中直接接触土壤和砂石,造成严重的低应力磨料磨损,其使用寿命对农业生产成本产生很大的影响。本文总结土壤磨料磨损的主要类型、评价方法和磨损机制,综述影响土壤磨料磨损的主要因素,以及提高农机土壤工作部件耐土壤磨料磨损的表面强化方法。
Wear in agricultural machinery is typical abrasive wear,especially for soil cultivating components,such as plowshares,rotary tillage knives,cutting disc,and shovel,et al.The soil cultivating components are directly operated in the soil and sand,leading to serious low stress abrasive wear,whose service life has an important effect on the production cost of agriculture.This paper summarizes the main types of abrasive wear and the wear mechanism in soil,as well as the evaluation methods.It is also introduced that the main factors impacted on the abrasive wear of soil cultivating components in soil.The processes and the results of surface modification are listed to improve the performance of soil cultivating components in soil for agricultural machinery.
