摘要 为了全面准确地反映网格化配电网规划的实际情况,构建一种全新的评价模型,对网格展开多维度可量化的综合校验。采用层次分析法建立三维度评价指标,并结合德尔菲法确定各指标权重,通过曲线拟合确立指标函数,在此基础建立网格化评价模型。最后,选取上海浦东核心区陆家嘴金融片区进行算例验证,分别从经济性、可靠性、可持续发展三个角度对该片区的整体网格化规划进行评价,所得结果表明构建的评价模型能够全面反映规划方案的特征要素,量化描述规划的优劣,引导有关部门做出正确的决策。 In order to comprehensively and accurately reflect the actual situation of gridding power distribution network planning,a kind of new evaluation model is constructed for developing multi-dimensional and measurable comprehensive check for the grid.Hierarchy analysis method is used to establish3 D evaluation index and Delphi method is combined to determine weight of each index.By means of curve matching,index function is established and gridding evaluation model is built.Finally,financial area of PudongLujiazui core area of Shanghai is selected as an example for verification.In three aspects including economy,reliability and sustainable development,overall gridding planning is evaluated.Results indicate that the constructed evaluation model is able to comprehensively reflect characteristic factors of the planning scheme and quantitatively describe pros and cons of the planning which may guide related departments to make right decisions.
