摘要 目的探讨利血生(西药)对X射线辐射损伤大鼠骨髓造血功能和免疫功能的影响。方法建立模型:给予大鼠剂量为4Gy、剂量率为2Gy/min的X射线照射,成功制备了X射线损伤模型。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为2个组:分别为对照2组(模型组)、实验组(利血生组),每组各8只。分别给予等体积的蒸馏水、12.6mg/kg的利血生混悬液。对照1组(空白对照组)大鼠8只,假照射,给予等体积的蒸馏水灌胃。给药期间,每周对大鼠眼眶取血检测血常规,给药63d后,处死大鼠,检测免疫系统、骨髓造血系统以及抗氧化的相关指标。结果给与利血生灌胃63d后,观察到:利血生可提高大鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数;对射线损伤大鼠白细胞数和中性粒细胞数有一定的影响;不能显著升高辐射损伤大鼠的骨髓DNA含量、SOD含量及GSH-Px含量,抗辐射氧化损伤的作用较弱。结论利血生有一定的提高X射线损伤大鼠白细胞数和中性粒细胞数作用,其作用机理可能是通过明显提高X射线辐射所致损伤大鼠的脾脏指数及胸腺指数,从而起到增强免疫和增强骨髓造血功能的作用,进而起到抗辐射损伤的作用的。为深入研究利血生利的作用机制奠定了基础。 Objective To investigate leucogen (medicine) for X-ray radiation in rats bone marrow function and immune func- tion. Methods Modehrats given a dose of 4Gy,X-ray irradiation dose rate 2Gy/min of,X-ray damage model was successfully prepared. The successful model rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group (model group),leucogen group (12.6mg/ kg of leucogen suspension) , each group 8. Two groups were given an equal volume of distilled water, 12.6mg/kg of leucogen sus- pension respectively. Normal control group 8, giving an equal volume of distilled water. During the administration period, weekly rat orbital blood to detect blood, administered 63 days later,the rats were killed ,the detection of the immune system ,bone marrow hematopoietic system and antioxidant-related indicators. Results leucogen orally administered 63 days,observed:leucogen couldimprove the thymus and spleen index in rats;have a certain impact on the number of white blood ceils in rats ray and neutrophil counts;not significantly increased DNA content in bone marrow radiation damage in rats,SOD and GSH-Px content content,anti- radiation effect was weak oxidative damage. Conclusion.ueogen have some X-rays increase the number of white blood cells in rats and the number of neutrophils,its mechanism may be significantly improved by X-ray radiation caused by the spleen index and thymus index of damage in rats, and thus play enhance immunity and enhance the role of bone marrow function, and thus play a role in anti-radiation damage.
