摘要
目的分析3I种植系统在前牙种植中的美学效果。方法 100例前牙缺失患者,随机分为实验组(采用3I种植系统进行前牙种植)和对照组(采用其他种植系统进行前牙种植),各50例,对两组美学效果进行分析。结果实验组与对照组种植体存留率(98%VS 84%)、美观满意度(96%VS80%)、探诊深度(PD)[(2.90±0.20)mm VS(3.20±0.10)mm]、种植体顶部到牙槽嵴顶高度[(1.92±0.02)mm VS(2.00±0.05)mm]、骨植体颊舌向成骨厚度[(8.23±0.23)mm VS(7.85±0.14)mm]比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用3I种植系统进行前牙种植可以达到一定的美学效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze aesthetic effect by 3I implant system in anterior teeth implant. Methods A total of 100 patients with anterior teeth deficiency were randomly divided into experimental group （received 3I implant system for anterior teeth implant） and control group （received other implant system）, with 50 cases in each group. Aesthetic effects of both groups were analyzed.Results The differences of implant survival rate （98% VS 84%）, aesthetic satisfaction （96% VS 80%）, probing depth （PD） [（2.90±0.20） mm VS （3.20±0.10） mm], height between implant top to alveolar crest [（1.92±0.02） mm VS （2.00±0.05） mm], and bone implant buccolingual bone thickness[（8.23±0.23） mm VS （7.85±0.14） mm] all had statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement of 3I implant system can provide certain aesthetic effect in anterior teeth implant, and it is worth clinical promotion.
