摘要数字化是实现基本公共文化服务均等化的必由之路。国家实施的公共数字文化工程以实现基本公共文化服务均等化为目标,面向基层,均衡布局,统筹城乡,构建服务平台与网络,取得了重要进展,同时也存在若干需要解决的问题。以数字化促进基本公共文化服务均等化的发展,应立足特殊群体需求整合资源,构建全覆盖的农村基层服务网络,通过工程项目建立合作与帮扶机制,利用先进技术创新服务模式。 Digitization is the only way to realize the equalization of basic public cultural services. The public digital culture project takes the achieve- ment of basic public cultural services equalization for the target, orients to the grassroots, balances layout, plans as a whole of urban and rural areas, and constructs service platform and network. It has achieved significant progress, at the same time, there are still some issues need to be solved. Pro- moting the equalization of the basic public cultural services by digital should be based on the needs of special groups to integrate resources, build service network covering rural area, establish the cooperation and assistance mechanism in project, and use advanced technology to innovate service model.
