摘要
对我国信息化发展水平的现状和存在问题进行分析,运用散点图和聚类分析方法对我国信息化发展阶段和发展水平进行评价研究。此外,还构建非线性模型对世界主要国家信息化发展情况进行拟合分析,对我国信息化发展趋势做深入剖析,预测中国信息化要达到美国当前水平需要用15年左右时间。
The economic development level has closed relationship with informatization, so China must be an information country not only big but also strong in information. This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of the informati- zation development, studied the stage and level of information by Scatter diagram and clustering method. Furthermore, we built a nonlinear model based on the two variables of IDI and GNI in most of countries around the world, deeply analyzed the information development tendency of China, and predicted that the gap between China and the United States in informa- tion has about 15 years.
