摘要
利用水热法,通过调变水热温度和活化方法得到具有不同结构的金属有机骨架材料MOF-5。结果显示,所制备的MOF-5产量随着水热温度的升高先增加后减少,最佳水热温度为130℃,此时吸附CO_2性能最佳,重量吸附量为1.8%(质量分数)。进一步分别采用三氯甲烷和乙醇对制备的MOF-5进行活化,经活化的样品吸附CO_2性能最好,CO_2吸附容量相应的从1.8%(质量分数)增加到3.76%(质量分数),而且吸附剂在5个吸附/脱附周期内仍然保持较高的吸附容量;样品经XRD、SEM和BET检测分析表明,制备的MOF-5具有高的比表面积、孔隙率及吸附性能好的特点,有望进一步应用在储氢和环境保护等方面。
Metal organic framework materials(MOF-5)with different structures were synthesized by hydrothermal method with different treatment temperatures and activation methods.It was found that yield of prepared MOF-5 firstly increases and then decreases,with the increase of hydrothermal temperature.The optimal hydrothermal temperature was 130℃,which exhibits excellent adsorption of CO_2(1.8wt%).Further activation sample with CHCl_3 and C_2H_5OH,the adsorption capacity increases from 1.8wt% to 3.76wt%.The MOF-5 maintained high adsorption capacity in five adsorption/desorption cycles.The XRD,SEM and BET results showed that MOF-5displayed high specific surface area,porosity and adsorption performance.The prepared MOF-5 can be expected to be used in the fields of hydrogen storage and environmental protection etc.
