摘要
以中小企业为研究对象,根据低碳型企业内涵,将企业经济效益与环境效益密切结合,构建了一套包含经济、技术、能源、设施、环境五个维度的中小企业低碳运营绩效评价指标体系.通过建立AHP模型计算出AHP指标权重以及通过建立DEA模型计算出DEA指标权重,在此基础上建立基于AHP-DEA的灰色关联评价模型,进而对五家具有代表性的中小企业低碳运营绩效进行了评估.对五家企业的低碳运营绩效排名以及各指标评分所反映出的问题,提出相应的改进意见.
This paper takes medium and small enterprises as the research objects to construct a set of performanceassessment index system of medium and small enterprises’low-carbon operation from the perspectives of economy,technology,energy,facility and environment,on the basis of the connotation of low-carbon enterprises and the closeintegration of enterprises’economic benefit and environmental benefits. The paper applies AHP model to calculateAHP index weight and calculates DEA index weight through constructing a DEA model. On this foundation,thispaper constructs the grey relation comprehensive assessment model based on AHP-DEA to assess the low-carbonoperation performance of the five representative medium and small enterprises. In conclusion,this paper combinesthe problems reflected by the low- carbon operation performance rank and the various index scores of the fiveenterprises to propose corresponding opinions for the improvement.
