传统差压变送器在液氨球罐液位测量中的局限性及改造

摘要 分析探讨了传统差压变送器在液氨球罐液位测量中的局限性,介绍了3051S ERS电子远传数字差压液位系统的技术特点。对传统的差压变送器采用ERS系统改造后,彻底解决了传统差压变送器气相管积液的问题。 The limitation of measuring liquid level in liquid ammonia spherical tank with traditional differential pressure transmitter is analyzed and discussed, the technical characteristics of 3051S ERS, electrics remote digital differential pressure liquid level system, are presented. After the revamp of traditional differential pressure transmitter with ERS, the problem of gas-phase tube liquid accumulation of traditional differential pressure transmitter is solved completely.
