摘要
以丙烯腈-偏氯乙烯共聚物[P(AN-co-VDC)]为皮层,以聚乙二醇正十六烷基乙烯基醚(PC16E1VE)为芯层,在其他实验条件参数不变的情况下,只改变芯层溶液的质量分数,制备了一系列的P(AN-co-VDC)/PC16E1VE同轴纳米纤维.结果表明:当皮层纺丝液的质量分数为15%、流速为1.25 m L/h,芯层纺丝液的质量分数为60%、流速为0.375 m L/h时,可制备出表观形貌好、纤维粗细均匀且具有稳定皮芯结构的纳米纤维.纤维的吸热温度为34.7℃,放热温度为23.5℃,热焓为46 J/g,是一种性能良好的储能材料.
Core/shell polymeric nanofibers were coaxially electro-spun using poly( ethylene glycol hexadecyl vinyl ether) PC16E1VE as the core material, and poly(acrylonitrile-co-vinylidene chloride) as shell material. A series of P(AN-co-VDC)/PC16E1VE nanofibers were fabricated by changing the concentration of the PC16E1VE, when the other experimental conditions were unchanged. The results show that, when the concentration of the P(AN-co-VDC) aqueous solution and PC16E1VE shell and core spinning solutions were 15%, 60%and spun at flow rates of 1.25 mL/h, 0.375 mL/h, respectively, the fibers show uniform diameters and stable core-shell structures. Both the melting and crystallizing enthalpies of nanofibers are about 46 J/g. The peak melting temperature and crystallizing temperature are 34.7 and 23.5℃, respectively. It is a heat energy storage material with excellent properties.
