卵巢透明细胞癌一例

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,52岁。腹部胀痛不适1年,近2月来加重,且小便困难。门诊B超示腹腔内混合回声包块,约16cm×13cm,性质待定,左肾积水。1.1 CT检查下腹及盆腔内可见大小约215×118mm巨大混杂密度肿块影,CT值约8～40HU,边界清楚,实性部分主要位于下部,增强扫描实性部分呈不均匀明显增强,CT值约100HU,上部边界清楚,下部边界欠清,子宫向左前方推移并受压改变。
