摘要
[目的]创制和筛选适合浙江省种植的高产、优质,抗逆、商品性好的荸荠新品种。选出1。2个新品种供面上推广。[方法]利用荸荠茎尖细胞无性系变异,从变异群体中采用无性系选的方法选出荸荠新品系,进行对比种植,考察其产量、商品性和抗病性等。[结果]4个荸荠新品系中,2个均居产量前2位,TQ11—2—1有2个试点产量位列第1,1个试点位列第2。TQ12—1—3有1个试点产量位列第1,2个试点位列第2,抗倒伏能力强,比较抗秆枯病。[结论]筛选出产量较高和抗性较好的TQ11-2-1、TQ12-1-3,进一步进行区域示范与推广。
[Objective] The aim was to select new water chestnuts varieties with high yield, stress tolerance, good commodity, which suitable for planting in Zhejiang Province, and select 1-2 new varieties for the promotion of surface. [Methodl The new lines of water chestnuts were selected from variations of population, which from water chestnuts stem apex cells, by clones selecting method. Then, compared cultivation was conducted, for examining its yield, commodity, resistance and others. [Resuit] Two of the new four water chestnuts lines previous rank 2. There were two pilot production of TQ11-2-1 ranked 1, and 1 pilot ranked No. 2. TQ12-1-3 had a pilot production ranked 1, 2 pilot ranked No. 2, with strong lodging resistance, represented an anti-stem blight. [Conclusion] New water chestnuts varieties (lines) TQ 11-2-1, TQ12-1-3 with higher yields and better resistance were select out, which suitable for further regional demonstration and promotion.
