肾上腺腺瘤的MRI诊断 被引量：2

摘要 目的回顾性总结分析肾上腺腺瘤的MRI表现。方法收集我院有完整病例资料的肾上腺腺瘤患者共18例,18例均经手术病理证实,术前均进行MRI平扫或平扫+增强扫描。结果 18例患者中共发现肿瘤19枚,MRI表现为等T1等T2信号13枚、等T1稍高T2信号5枚、稍短T1等T2信号1枚,16枚肿瘤在反相位图像上信号减低,5例动态增强扫描的肿瘤早期均呈中度以上强化、延迟期强化程度均下降,3例不均匀强化、2例均匀强化。结论 MRI对肾上腺腺瘤的诊断具有重要价值,应在临床予以推广。
