摘要
随着心血管恶性事件发生率的迅猛增加,病死率居高不下,J波综合征已成为研究的热点。J波综合征是指以J波为特征合并一系列临床综合征(如早期复极综合征、Brugada综合征、特发性心室纤颤等)。这一系列临床综合征的出现有发生恶性心律失常及心脏性猝死的倾向,且其间具有相似的发病机制、心电图特征及临床意义。因此,正确识别和认识J波综合征对心血管疾病的诊断、临床治疗及干预尤为重要。
With the rapid increase of the incidence and mortality of cardiovascular malignant events, J wave syndrome has become a hot research topic. J wave syndrome refers to a series of clinical symptoms（ such as early repolarization syndrome, Brugada syndrome and idiopathic ventricular fibraUatlon, etc. ）. The emer- gence of the symptoms suggests tendency of malignant arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death, with similar pathogenesis, electrocardiogram characteristics and clinical significance. It is important to recognize and understand the J wave syndrome correctly for the diagnosis,treatment and intervention of cardiovascular diseases.
