摘要
为了克服柔性中压直流配电网工频方案中变压器体积大、重量大、噪音大、控制不够灵活等问题,提出一种基于高频链直流变压器的柔性中压直流配电系统。该系统中直流配电母线不仅包括中压直流母线,还包括低压直流母线;中低压直流母线之间通过直流变压器进行连接;低压直流母线用于接入各类分布式电源。该系统中高频链直流变压器的使用不仅实现了不同电压等级直流母线间的电压变换、能量管理,还可以有效提高系统功率密度。介绍了中压柔性直流配电系统架构,给出了高频链直流变压器以及其它典型换流器的设计和分析,并对直流配电系统的工作模式和控制器进行了设计。最后,搭建了仿真平台,验证了系统的有效性。
In order to solve the transformer's problems such as huge volume, heavy weight, large noise, and control is not flexible enough in the power frequency scheme of the flexible medium voltage DC power distribution system, a flexible medium voltage DC power distribution system based on high-frequency link DC solid state transformer is presented. The system of DC power distribution buses include not only medium voltage DC bus, but also low voltage DC bus; the medium and low voltage DC buses are connected via a DC solid state transformer; low voltage DC bus is used for access to all kinds of distributed power supply. In this system, the use of high frequency link DC solid state transformer not only realizes the voltage transformation, energy management between different voltage levels, but also effectively improves the system power density. The medium voltage flexible DC distribution system architecture is introduced, the high-frequency link DC solid state transformer and other typical converters are designed and analyzed, and the working mode of DC power distribution system and a controller are designed. Finally, the simulation platform is built to verify the effectiveness of the system.
