CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系负离子微晶玻璃制备过程优化研究 被引量:1

Research on Optimum Preparation Process of Anion Glass-ceramics of CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 System

摘要 以高岭土尾矿为主要原材料,掺加辅助材料采用烧结法制备负离子微晶玻璃,研究负离子功能微晶玻璃的制备过程及负离子释放性能,对分别在基础玻璃熔制过程和熔融结晶过程两个不同阶段加入负离子发生材料时的负离子微晶玻璃性能进行对比分析,结果显示:在基础玻璃熔制阶段加入负离子发生材料可以使最终获得的负离子微晶玻璃性能更加优良,其弯曲强度可达30.07 MPa、抗压强度可达137.996 MPa、单位时间负离子释放量可达2219.4 ions/cm3。 The glass-ceramics were prepared by using kaolin as major raw material with auxiliary materials through sintering process. The preparation process and properties of anion release have been studied in this paper. The properties of glass-ceramics were comparative analyzed in the two different stages of the melting process and crystallization of basic glass when adding the anion generation materials. Results show that the glass-ceramic added with the anion generation materials in the first stage has better properties. The bending strength is 30.07 MPa, the compressive strength is 137.996 MPa and the negative air ions is 2219.4 ions/cm3.
